Awesome Tool For Domaining!

I've been shopping around some good domains from godaddy.com and I recently snatched up one Pagerank 6 domain that has expired and was in the close-out sale block. I watched the domain everyday, used several different tools to check if it is worth buying. After 3 days, I finally decided to go for it. Good thing, it was still available.

For a new domainer like myself, it does take awhile to decide which ones to buy because I had to check several things like PR, domain age, backlinks, registry information and some other stuff. What takes minutes to decide might just be enough time for slowpokes like me to lose the chance at a great domain name.

Today as I downloaded the Firefox 3 update, I found the SEOquake.com Firefox add-on which I think is going to make my domaining life a little easier. It is exactly what I had in mind, a "snapshot look" at a domain's credentials like the ones mentioned above. It displays a toolbar that provides search engine index info, Alexa rankings, domain age, the whois info, external links and even keyword density on the page. Every information mentioned opens on a separate tab with one click for more detailed information.
I think this is just a download must for any domainer new or seasoned! Check out the screenshots.
It's really non-obtrusive and I personally think it works better than the SEObook tool I used before. Awesome tool thanks to the SEOquake Team.
