The coming .me domains public auction this September 25 shall present another proof that the .me domains hype ain't over. After the open registration which saw .me domains being registered by the tens of thousands in just one day and the recently "almost" concluded .me domains which raked in over 2 millions dollars in sales, the first .me domains public auctions will be held at T.R.A.F.F.I.C New York managed by moniker.com.The actual event will actually be both a live person auction and online auction that runs till October 2nd. An excellent set of mixed domains will be in the auction but the most interesting parts of the event will be premium .me domains like buy.me, watch.me, date.me, ask.me and loan.me. These will be featured auction items that will surely get extra attention and ofcourse the "ka-chings!"
I'm seeing at least one of the mentioned .me domains above will get to 7 figures in bids. My best bet is Buy.me. As a comparison, I made a very crude estibot domain appraisal of buy.com and found it be worth at least $5 million! So will people bite buy.me for a cool one million bucks? Mark your calendar September 25 is the day of reckoning for .me domains!

Don't forget about HIRE.ME... Someone put in an illegitimate sunrise app on it, which was eventually kicked back after the landrush period, so it never went to landrush auctions. It is also listed as a premium domain in whois, and employment giants like monster and others will likely be in on the bidding.
Our bet is that it will be f***.me.
Not quit elegant, but our market studies show it is quite catchy.
I expect minimum of $100K. Some give it a chance of $1m, but I doubt considering the current economical situation.
